What’s Elemental Yoga?

Nature is everything.

It’s manifested through the five elements: earth, water, fire, air and space. What’s outside in nature is also reflected inside each of us. Nature is universal.

Go outside. Observe each element and learn from it’s qualities.

Does the earth beneath our feet feel solid and stable? Does that give you a sense of calmness?

Think about the ocean. The gentle ebb and flow is reflected in our breathing. Balancing and flowing.

Watch the flame of a candle. It’s lighting up a room, transforming the darkness.

Observe a leaf getting caught up in the wind. Watch as it dances, creating patterns in the air.

Look up at the night sky. Does it seem endless? What could be achieved with infinite possibility?
